I have found the cutest, yummiest, amazing comfort food spot that you need to go check out ASAP.
Farmacy located at 9430 S. Northshore Dr. #104 Knoxville, TN 37922. Let’s first talk about how cute, southern and quant. The doors meet you with a cute saying on the door that says “Hello Darlin” with the times and days they are open. Their times are Tuesday- Friday 11am-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm.
When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a cute menu that is on a clipboard. The Edison Lights hang from the ceiling with beautiful plants and a Sweet Southern Fill. The tables are closely sat together because owner Bettina Hamblin believes that, “food brings people together. You don’t eat with strangers and there is something truly intimate about a meal with someone.”
The food, is artistry put together, that simply looks like art but a kind of art that makes your mouth water. It was a Tuesday when I went so I ordered the chicken and spinach enchiladas that were definitely made by hand and full of cheese lemon cream sauce, and LOCAL produced chicken. It was delicious along with a side of baked beans with jalapeno and salsa verde. Y’all believe your Go To Girl when I say that it truly was amazing.
I seriously couldn’t put down my fork it was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly and the tea was perfect and they even had fruit tea, if you’re truly Southern you know how important that is. All in all this place is my new Farragut meeting spot and maybe a great place at night to have a beer. If only they carried my favorite mill creek “lil Darlin”.
Definitely add this to your next lunch or dinner spot you will not be disappointed.
